Yoga Flow

An evening gentle flow sequence created using postures to rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.

Yoga as a therapy is the application of yoga practices to alleviate physical and mental health conditions with the view of promoting self-care and encouraging overall well-being. Join the group of individuals holding postures to strengthen and awaken the muscles, and also hold in deep stretches to relax muscle tissue leaving you feeling calm and restored. Work with your breath to calm the mind and awake the spirit. This class is for everyone, beginners welcome as modifications are always given.
